Then click on the Order Form Button and complete the order form for the individual items with the color code, size code, location of the print and the photo code or specify your personal photo or logo. You can print the order form for your records and email it directly to us at orders@quartermastersfortheunexplained.com along with your personal photos or logos if applicable. We will send you a confirmation email before we start printing to be sure we have everything correct, and await your acknowledgement that everything is correct.
